Coach House Conservation


Acacia Hall Coach House is a 19th century listed building situated within the Dartford Town Centre Conservation Area. PDA Member firm TCL were commissioned by Dartford


Borough Council to carry out a range of external refurbishment works designed to repair and renew parts of the building fabric.


The scope of works was: • Pitched Roof repairs, Fascias, Soffits / Leadwork and Chimney Repairs


•Clockface re-furbishment •New windows and doors •Repairs/renewal of stonework • External decorations • External lighting The refurbishment was undertaken in a careful and sympathetic manner, to ensure the original features and appearance of the building were preserved, in accordance with English Heritage and the Local Authority’s Conservation Officer’s recommendations.
