After you’ve shopped, tasted and sampled your way around the markets and local shops don’t forget you can enjoy a tasty tipple in the Festival Bar, sponsored by Salcombe Gin. Situated on the South Embankment the Festival Bar will be open from 10am until 8pm on Friday & Saturday and 4pm on Sunday and will be showcasing five fabulous drinks producers:
• Salcombe Gin: locally distilled delicious gin • British Cassis: with their ever popular cocktail bar • Sandford Orchards: local cider producers • Sharpham Vineyard: award winning wines from the Dart Valley
• The Dolphin: featuring beers brewed by Bridgetown Brewery, Totnes
To add to the convivial atmosphere there will be live music on Friday & Saturday evenings courtesy of Mick & Lucy (of Sax Appeal fame).
Tipple Trailers will also be on hand in the Old Market Square with their beautifully converted horsebox serving a range of cocktails and fizz.
