FISH COOKERY Nick Evans, head tutor of Rick Stein’s Cookery School in Padstow is back and will be passing on some of his best fish cooking tips as we cook the catch of the day. £12 pp.


CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES Learn how to create your own chocolate truffles with Stuart Pate, executive pastry chef of Rick Stein’s empire in Padstow. £12 pp.


CURRY MASTERCLASS Festival favourite Romy Gill MBE is back with us for her super popular curry masterclass. She’ll be creating one of her favourite Indian fish dishes. Book early! £12 pp.
