Hardy Signs’ vehicle wrap follows a similar project for Burton Albion FC two years ago
Hardy helps Huddersfield celebrate promotion win
Hardy Signs, of Burton, has been commissioned by Premier League-bound Huddersfield Town Football Club to supply and install the full colour, vinyl wrap for the club’s victory parade in acknowledgement of the team’s historic play-off final victory. More than 25,000 supporters
attended the Terriers’ victory parade following their promotion to the Premier League just 24 hours earlier. The parade left the John Smith’s
Stadium heading to St George’s Square with the team, staff, family and friends travelling in the impressive, fully-branded, double- decker, open-top bus. The ‘vehicle wrap’ process is an increasingly popular
‘The ‘vehicle wrap’ process is an increasingly popular marketing tool for organisations across the UK’
marketing tool for organisations across the UK and allows stunning photographic images and designs to be applied to almost any vehicle. Using specifically designed adhesive films with digital print, the
application negates the requirement for painting the bodywork of the vehicle and also means that the film is easily removed at the end of its life. The Championship play-off final is the most lucrative tie in club football and Hardy Signs watched with added anticipation as Huddersfield’s Chris Schindler netted the winning penalty. A team of ten experienced
installers then set to work in applying the printed film to the entire exterior of the bus. Tom Hardy, General Manager at Hardy Signs, said: “We’re delighted
to have been involved in this project. The results are stunning and it’s only fitting that the work is being viewed on a national scale. We wish Huddersfield all the best in their Premier League campaign next season and look forward to helping other clubs, teams and organisations with their success stories in the future.”
