After 28 years I am leaving LivingNow, leaving it in the hands of my daughter Emma – and in your hands too really. And now I’d love to introduce you to my inspirational furniture…
I’ve been painting and writing on reclaimed furniture. For years I’ve been writing a journal.
In my laptop I have something like 13,000 pages of musings. Quite often I’ve been working through an issue and come to the conclusion, apply that in my life, and move on to the next one. It’s these messages that I am putting on furniture. When I’m happy with the result, I sign it. So it’s like a big daily reminder for you, and it’s also like a practical work of art. Because the furniture is reclaimed, there are no two pieces alike.
