RACHAEL CORDICE
WHO’S WHO AT IFS
CUSTOMER SERVICE CO-ORDINATOR
Rachael joined IFS in October 2016 and is new to the software industry. Since graduating from the University of Birmingham with a first class Sport Science degree, she has spent the last 3 years working in a role focussed heavily on customer relations in the waste management industry. Building relationships was an integral part of the role and this was reflected in the business’ successful retention of customers.
Rachael has now brought her skills to IFS in her position as a Customer Service Co-ordinator within the IFS Support team. She is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and strives to ensure all service delivery and support requests are co-ordinated according to her customers’ needs. Rachael has adapted well to the ERP industry and is quickly getting to know her customers’ businesses, which is a key aspect of the role.
Outside of work, Rachael is an avid runner and successfully completed a 69 mile run in 15 hours, running from Carlisle to Newcastle. Rachael is also a keen baker, making cakes and bakes for every occasion, much to the delight of her IFS colleagues.
JEREMY JEANJEAN PRE-SALES CONSULTANT
Jeremy has been with IFS for 9 years and is an essential member of the Sales Team.
His role as a Pre-Sales Consultant requires him to listen to
prospects and customers and have a good understanding of their current and future business processes. He demonstrates how IFS Applications can help organisations gain maximum benefits from their skilled and creative workforce and run their business in a more innovative and cost efficient way.
As a product and innovation expert, Jeremy also gets involved in press relations and marketing activities in France. Fascinated by new technologies, Jeremy is a member of the UX Reference Group at IFS, the strategic think-tank on the user experience of IFS Applications, imagining what the ERP system of the future will be.
Outside the professional sphere, Jeremy loves to spend time with his family. Together they enjoy exploring the Mediterranean coast on foot, or sea kayaking. However, please do not talk about football with Jeremy: living in Marseille, it is the only unsuccessful area in his life.
