If successful you will be responsible for leading the Parks & Orlando team and delivering the overall Product Commercial Management for some of the most exciting theme parks and attractions in the world!


Key responsibilities l l Testing the product! How cool is that?


Responsibility for growing the contribution from the Company’s largest product pillar

Management of pricing and margin for both direct (Floridatix, Attractiontix) and trade channels (Attraction World)


l


Identify commercial and marketing opportunities through all sales channels


l l Negotiation of offers to support marketing opportunities


Develop the overall customer proposition working both externally with key partners and internally through the company’s two marketing departments (direct to consumer and trade)


l


Maintain and enhance the excellent partner relationships already developed


l


Ongoing review of competitor websites to ensure product mix is competitive


ll Represent company at industry events (including international travel)

If successful you will manage our team of 12 amazing sales agents (some homebased) within our inbound call centre. Your department will service a huge range of calls from both trade and direct consumers and so you had better be an accomplished juggler!


Key responsibilities ll ll Lead the Call Centre team to maximise sales revenue and profits.


Coaching and developing call centre staff to ensure targets are met, preferably exceeded.

Monitor conversion levels on a daily basis, providing direction for improvement.

Work closely with our Customer Service Manager to ensure issues are dealt with promptly with first rate service.


Work with Head of Operations to ensure a high quality end to end customer experience to the customer.


Analyse data to ensure effective use of resources/accurate staffing levels required against trends/peak business times.

Management and development of the telephone software to effectively utilise skills against incoming call lines. Deliver the companies SLAs and KPI targets.
