Club Med has created a dedicated UK trade website to help boost bookings by agents.
The
Clubmedagents.co.uk site
has key information on consumer and trade trends, agent offers, useful links and marketing and sales tools. The all-inclusive resort
operator’s new platform links to the Club Med agent booking engine at
Easyclubmed.com, providing agents with an integrated system to find information and then book holidays online in one place. Functionality will be added for agents to personalise point-of-sale
UK PORTAL: Agent site will feature offers and sales tools
material with their logo and a call to action. It will also feature links to new e-learning modules and monthly webinars
to increase product knowledge. The aim is to provide everything
an agent needs to complete a Club Med booking, said UK and Scandinavia managing director Estelle Giraudeau.
An online competition to win a
stay for two people is being run to mark the launch. To enter, register on the website and fill in a short survey by August 19. The site will include key
product information, trade-related news, special offers, incentives, unique selling points for each resort, marketing and sales tools including online brochures, resort presentations, images and videos, details of agent loyalty schemes
and access to a weekly newsletter.
