Serene Highness Princess Charlene of Monaco serving as the ship’s godmother at a gala christening event in Monte Carlo, Monaco on the evening of 13 July 2016.
Joining Princess Charlene at the christening ceremony was world renowned Italian tenor Andrea Bocelli, who took to the stage for a spectacular 40-minute performance during the event.
Bocelli’s beautiful serenade was a fitting send-off for a ship that sets a new benchmark for luxury.

Seven Seas Explorer’s maiden voyage started on 20 July and she will spend her inaugural season in Europe before heading to Miami for a series of Caribbean voyages.
In 2017 she will return to the Mediterranean for a few months before embarking on an adventure around Northern Europe.
