Our tester, Terri Graham, says: The Bandage Bag is designed like a large satchel, in that the top folds over and secures with strong bands of Velcro either side. Opening the flap reveals a good sized pocket, deep enough to hold the modern deep width exercise, or stable bandages, a full set of four plus room for a tail bandage! A broad strap placed in the middle secures the pocket again fastened by Velcro. Beneath the pocket is large pouch in which to store the bandage pads lying flat or rolled up. Finished with very sturdy ‘V- shaped handle and large strong clips with which to hang anywhere handy. Really useful keeps all leg wear handy clean and dry. The jacket bag has plenty of room for a large coat, and comes with a central zip, double protection over the shoulders with well finished space for coat hanger. This really does keep your jacket clean and protected and holds a standard length coat. A really well made practical range and well worth investing in.
The company says: 600 denier polyester outer. Soft fleece lining with hook and loop fastenings. Set of 4. Cerise or Navy. Sizes: Pony/Cob/Full. RRP: £40.00
Our tester, Simon Buckley, says: These travel boots looked and have performed extremely well. They were a nice navy blue colour and lined in a soft fleece material which was nice on the horse’s legs. The fit was good and the fastenings were very secure meaning they stayed in position during travel, even on a long journey! However one of the young horses did manage to pull one of the top straps off with his teeth, but I’ll put that down to someone not tying him up well enough!
Tuffa Footwear – Boot Bag
The company says: This bottle green bag has a large central compartment for long boots and a side pocket for accessories. The bag is finished with gold piping, ‘TS’ Tim Stockdale insignia, rubber feet and a handy carry handle. “We’re pleased to welcome this to our range,” says Michelle Girling. “We know that long boots can be a real investment and it’s important that they receive the correct care to keep them in great condition for years to come. Using the right products is a big part of this, but so is keeping them protected from dust, mould and damage inflicted when the boots are being transported or stored. Using a boot bag is a great way to prevent all of this… and that’s why we’ve created our own version.”
RRP: £19.99

Our tester, Pippa Hahn, says: I used to use boot bags all the time, but since I put on weight and stored my good boots away for that time when I lose the 3 stone, I have been out of the habit!! However, this gorgeous boot bag has reminded me how useful they are. It is sturdily built with a good zip and is easy to use on a daily basis. I have been using it on my work boots for the test, but it will now go to keep my present competition boots clean and tidy in the wagon.
Alan Paine – Tweed Travel Bag
The company says: A capacious travel bag available in either pure wool tweed with oak leather handles and trim, sand canvas with oak leather handles and trim or pure oak leather. All three designs are fully lined with an attractive check lining. RRP: Tweed & leather - £299.99 / Canvas - £249.99 and Leather - £324.99

Our tester, Pam Harrison, says: Tested in a non-horsey business context, this came up trumps with it’s good looks, very spacious interior, convenients internal and external pockets and convenient carrying options. The wider base makes it easier to pack, but it’s rather too nice to fill full of ‘I-rode-my- sweaty-horse-in-this’ clothing! Maybe just for clean horsey clothes then..... A must-have for trips away, as it’s easy to store when empty too.
