Beauty 2012, the UK’s largest show for the health and beauty professional, with a dedicated spa exhibition. The European Spa Convention 2012
will unite the international spa and hotel industry, with speakers and delegates coming from successful spas across the UK, Europe, Asia, Middle East and North America. The event will offer unparalleled

they can work as a customer retention tool will be covered by Anne Biging and Elisabeth Ixmeier from Healing Hotels of the World. Jeremy McCarthy will showcase how to use branding and positioning as a revenue driver. Hear from Jane Scott, director of
marketing and revenue at the Grand Jersey, on how hotel spas could work as a model for international brand expansion in terms of marketing and profi tability.
