Draka Fileca, a subisidiary of the Draka Holding Group, is the European leader for the production of special cables designed for aerospace, military and other severe environments. DTC is a fabricator of press moulded parts from continuous reinforced thermoplastic composites. We manufacture structural CFRTP components for B787, A350 and many other programs. Being an AS9100 certified company, DTC holds Boeing and Airbus approvals for press forming thermoplastic composites, 5-axis machining of cfrtp and ultrasonic inspection. Typical products are clips, brackets, ribs, seating components and curved omega and C profiles up to 3 meter length. Materials are generally carbon fabric or UD tape with pekk, pei, pps or peek resins. These materials have excellent fire, smoke, tox and heat release properties.
