Hospitality Evenings Halls will remain open on Tuesday and Wednesday from 17:00 – 19:30 when some exhibitors will be providing refreshments and networking opportunities for attendees Don’t forget to come and join the Aircraft Interiors Expo team on Wednesday 6 April between 17:00 -19:30 stand 6G86 for refreshments.

Media Centre The media centre is located in Hall B7 adjacent to the snack bar-café. For any press enquiries please visit the media centre where our PR staff will be able to help you.
Flight Daily News
Flight Daily News will once again be producing the official show daily news at the event and their office can be located in the South entrance.
Cloakrooms Cloakroom facilities are available in each of the two main entrances. There is a charge of €1.50 per item.
Cash Machine There is a cash machine at the East Entrance near the organisers’ office and also at the South entrance.
Internet Zone The internet zone can be located in Hall B7 stand 7A10 where there is also Wi-Fi connection, please refer to the main floor plan to locate this area.
Visitors with Disabilities Aircraft Interiors Expo is primarily located on the ground floor, access to upper levels is possible via lifts or escalators. Please contact a member of the organising team located at the entrances for any assistance needed.
Airline Lounge
The Airline Lounge can be located in Hall B7 which is available to all airline attendees. The lounge will provide free breakfast and lunch that will be served each day of the show. The lounge will also include complimentary Internet access – Wi-Fi.
Food
Snack bars serving light refreshments are located in each hall. There is a restaurant located in Hall B6 serving more substantial meals.
Information Points The organiser’s office is located within the East entrance near the registration area. The Aircraft Interiors Expo Sales Lounge is located on stand 6G86 in Hall B6.
Organisers Office Aircraft Interiors Expo main organiser’s office is located within the East Entrance just past the registration desks on the right hand side.

If you would like to discuss the possibility of taking a stand/booth at any Aircraft Interiors Expo events with one of our sales team, please visit our sales lounge located on stand 6G86 in Hall B6. If after the event then please visit our website at

Transport
Hamburg Messe has good bus and rail connections with all the key areas of Hamburg. With an extensive network of rapid transit (S-Bahn) and underground (U-Bahn) lines, plus plenty of bus lines. Dammtor station is in walking distance, for InterCity trains and S-Bahn.
Taxi Service Taxi services will be available outside both entrances.
