Crystal Cabin Award Presentation Wednesday 6 April, 11:00 Hall B6 6G95
For the fifth time, the Crystal Cabin Award will be presented in association with Aircraft Interiors Expo. The Crystal Cabin Award is the only international prize for innovations in the field of aircraft cabins.
20 companies are in the running for a Crystal Cabin Award this year – including Recaro with two nominations. Both Airbus and Boeing are amongst this year’s finalists, along with other notable companies including Contour, Lufthansa Technik, Thales and smaller firms such as E.I.S. Aircraft GmbH and Airborne Hotel Systems from Mexico. Trophies are awarded in six different categories. There is also a Judges Commendation Prize.
The finalists and winners of the Crystal Cabin Award will be announced at a special presentation at the Crystal Cabin Award Gallery stand at 11:00, where the products will also be displayed.
Senators Reception – invite only Wednesday 6 April, 18:30 Lufthansa Technik (LHT) Hanger
The Senators Reception is a networking event for invited participants of Aircraft Interiors Expo and their guests. The reception is hosted each year by one of the partners of the Aviation Cluster Metropolitan Region Hamburg and offers a closer look at the product world in the Hamburg aviation industry.
German Pavilion for young and innovative companies (Deutscher Gemeinschaftsstand zum Förderprogramm für junge und innovative Unternehmen) Hall B4 4D10 New to Aircraft Interiors Expo this year is the German Pavilion for young and innovative companies (Deutscher Gemeinschaftsstand zum Förderprogramm für junge und innovative Unternehmen) located in Hall B4 stand 4D10. The Pavilion will feature young and innovative German companies that have developed new products or made comprehensive improvements to products, procedures and services.
