Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981- apply within territorial waters (12 nautical miles)
Electricity (Safety, Quality and Continuity) Regulations 2002 (ESQCR) Amended 2006 extends the regulations offshore both to territorial waters and renewable energy zones.
Supply of Machinery Regulations as Amended - these do not apply as they were made under the Single European Act
Offshore Installations (Inspectors and Casualties) Regulations 1973 do not apply.
