Celebrated Norfolk artist launches new range of affordable prints


Landscape painter Garry Raymond- Pereira MA is to launch his new range of limited edition prints alongside his solo exhibition of new paintings, entitled Homecoming, at Fractal Contemporary in St Giles Street, Norwich. The exhibition begins on 6th November 2010 and continues until January 2011.


The Norwich-based artist has been producing his highly acclaimed oil on canvas seascapes and landscapes for over ten years. His wave paintings are among his most popular and bought by clients as far afield as New York, Toronto and Singapore, and his more recent landscapes of North Wales and Scotland have been snapped up by avid collectors.


‘I have had so many requests from clients wanting to know if my paintings are available as prints. It has become a bit embarrassing to keep saying no


to people, so I thought I’d take the plunge and go for it.’ commented Garry.


The new print collection includes cool East Anglian seascapes, the soft dunes and beachscapes of North Norfolk and the majestic landscapes of Snowdonia and the Scottish Highlands.


Garry’s prints measure 50 x 70cm and are available at Fractal Contemporary from 6th November. Each print is signed by the artist and limited to just ten prints, making them exclusive collectors’ pieces, with prices starting at £150.


Garry intends to produce a small number of selected works as prints each year, which will continue to be stocked by Fractal Contemporary and available from both the gallery and its website www. fractalcontemporary.co.uk.


Fractal’s director Lisa Thurlow said: ‘We are so thrilled to be launching Garry’s print collection in his home city. His work attracts a lot of attention, and he really does deserve to be reaching a wider audience.’
