seven new modules to its online agent training programme, after witnessing a 60% increase in registrations for the e-learning tool. CLIA UK & Ireland Director Andy Harmer said: “This rise is due to a number of reasons including the fact that we run the only travel agent programme which gives agents City & Guilds accreditation. CLIA- accredited agents stand out as cruise experts, providing a competitive advantage.” The new modules cover Alaska, the Arctic and the Antarctic, the Atlantic Islands, Indian Ocean, Middle East, Nile and Transatlantic Cruising. operator’s experts and its travellers, revealing Travel Indochina’s USPs, including its ‘Insider Experiences’. Agents will also fi nd ‘Did You Know’ pop-ups and an ‘Agents Toolbox’ with destination information, image library and 'cheat sheets'. Further courses, Silver Buffalo and Golden Dragon, give agents more knowledge of Travel Indochina’s other destinations. Successful completion of all stages sees agents attain Asia Guru status.
