Last month the FCO lifted its long- standing advice against all but essential travel to most of Egypt, including Cairo and Luxor, but Egypt’s Ministry of Tourism admits it will ‘have to be creative’ to lure back visitors. The ministry’s Ashraf Elkholy said: “We
