The awards have become an important event in the diary for the industry as they offer a rare opportunity for recognition and acknowledgement from those who matter most – travel agents at the sharp end of selling travel. Ours are the only awards nominated by and voted for by travel agents and we were delighted to see more agents than ever before logging on to cast their votes.
