OFF THE RECORD THE RECORD

This week, publishers were showing off their games with some larger than life props for E3, while the LA Times makes quite the headline blunder

HOLY TANK, BATMAN

No, your eyes are not deceiving you – this is indeed a full size replica of The Dark Knight’s ride on the E3 show fl oor to promote Batman: Arkham Knight. Excessive? Perhaps. But insanely cool? Defi nitely. The Caped Crusader’s tank wasn’t the only ridiculous vehicle on display, either. EA had a full size Titan (because why not?), while the folks over at Microsoft had a lurid school bus (complete with dead mutant pancaked to the front) for Sunset Overdrive. Meanwhile Wargaming had a full sized tank for

World of Tanks, complete with scantly clad booth babes. Because they are still a thing, apparently.
