505 Games has been pushing Sniper Elite 3 online as well as talking to its target audience over Facebook and other social media. The publisher has also been uploading videos to its YouTube channel and buying ad space on both YouTube and Twitch as 505 believes this is where its core audience resides. Further to its own content, 505 has been posting user- generated videos following the popularity of this type of content for its predecessor Sniper Elite v2.
With this the publisher is hoping to show off the title’s X-ray kill-cams.

In print 505 has pushed Sniper Elite 3 in the mainstream and men’s lifestyle press, and in specialist gaming magazines with both marketing and PR activity. The print publications in which this content is appearing include ShortList, Empire and FHM.
EVENTS
The fi rm has also been showing off the assassination title at trade shows such as April’s Gadget Show Live as well as eSports events like Multiplay’s Insomnia 51, also held during April.
