Paget-Brown has been serving clients in the Cayman Islands since 1973. The firm was founded by Ian Paget-Brown. Ian was joined in 2012 by his partner, Sabrina Foster. Paget-Brown is a boutique firm specializing in Cayman Islands law. Our values are based on integrity and dedication. Ian Paget-Brown QC

Ian obtained his LL.B. in 1966. He was called to the bar at Lincoln’s Inn in 1968 and in the Cayman Islands in 1971. In 1987 he was awarded J.D. from Washington and Lee University, Virginia

and is also admitted to practice in Sabrina Foster

Sabrina Foster was awarded her LL.B in 1995, and called to the Cayman Islands bar in 1997. She advises on all aspects of Cayman corporate and trusts law. Her expertise

includes hedge fund and private equity formation, commercial and private trust structuring, corporate governance, financing and regulation.

Washington D.C., where Paget-Brown has an affiliated office to assist in working with our correspondent attorneys. The author of numerous articles and a speaker at conferences, Ian was appointed by the Cayman Islands Government as Chairman of the Cayman Islands Law Reform Commission in 2011.
