Andy’s practice also focusses on consumer law. Recently, as lead trial counsel, Andy “took on city hall,” representing a technical school that had been driven to the verge of bankruptcy based on the improper actions of a city. After more than two weeks of a bifurcated trial, Andy secured an $11.4 million unanimous jury verdict for his client, the largest jury verdict ever rendered in that venue.
