Andy’s practice also focusses on consumer law. Recently, as lead trial counsel, Andy “took on city hall,” representing a technical school that had been driven to the verge of bankruptcy based on the improper actions of a city. After more than two weeks of a bifurcated trial, Andy secured an $11.4 million unanimous jury verdict for his client, the largest jury verdict ever rendered in that venue. improving the state's

educational opportunities, serving on the Board of Overseers at the University of Louisville, the Board of Trustees at Spalding University, and the Board of Directors for the Kentucky Governor’s Scholars Program.
