• IGas Energy plc on its £110 million acquisition of Star Energy Group Limited from PETRONAS International Corporation Limited. This deal won AIM Transaction of the Year 2012 at the AIM Awards in London;

• IGas Energy plc on its acquisition of P.R. Singleton Limited from Providence Resource plc for £41 million;

• Local World on its negotiations to launch a media business created from the newspapers and websites of Northcliffe Media and Iliffe News & Media;

• Thalassa Holding BV on a partial offer for Rock Solid Images plc (cash with share alternative);

• Lanstead Capital on numerous structured equity investments into AIM listed issuers including Premier Gold Resources PLC, Amur Minerals Limited, Ariana Resources plc, Beowulf Mining plc, Paragon Diamonds plc and Metminco plc; and

• The IPO of China Africa Resources plc, a mining venture in Namibia with the Chinese Government as a significant shareholder/ investor.
