Davidson & Co was established by Jonathon Davidson in 2008 with the desire to become the pre-eminent full service SME law firm in the Middle East.

Since opening in 2008, the firm has expanded its capacity by attracting extremely talented lawyers, firmly establishing itself as the go-to SME law firm in the UAE.

Kleindienst Group v The World LLC Acting for the Claimant of a contractual dispute relating to the World Islands, with claim value in excess of US $ 200 Million and counterclaim of value in excess of US $ 60 Million. Dispute settled.

CHI Development Group Ltd –v- Nakheel PJSC Acting for a developer, the Claimant in an infrastructure dispute of US $190M, against a Master Developer, in the failure of the Master Developer to provide key infrastructure including a power station; road; sewage and water network.
