➢ In February 2013, Hélène Lefebvre advised the arrangers on the financing of the construction of a forty-nine story office building located in Lyon, owned by a subsidiary of Sogelym Dixence;

➢ In March 2013, Hélène Lefebvre advised the investor and borrowers on the senior and mezzanine financing of the acquisition by a subsidiary of Alpha Private Equity Fund 6 of the ECS group, an air cargo general sales agent.
