Our newly formed office has opened in 2011, which is one of the first truly full-service law firms in Mongolia. New Grata is serving both Mongolian and foreign companies by combining international perspectives with profound local expertise, in the areas of Natural Resources, Corporate Law, Commercial Law and Arbitration.
As a law firm, we advise foreign business organizations and individuals on wide ranging matters of law and legislation. These include but not limited to: commercial and company law practices such as incorporation/setting up and merging a business entity, shares/stock sales and purchase; procurement of goods and services both domestically and abroad, dealing with different taxation; banking, financial services, road and transportation (air and rail transport); telecommunications; visa, residence and working permits of foreign citizens; labor/employment; land; mining, environment; contract and agreement; intellectual property, dispute resolution issues and related litigation in courts (including the
Constitutional Court), tax dispute and arbitration courts and other areas. In addition, we are trying to make a difference and to contribute towards the process of integrating Mongolian legislative, judicial and executive branches of the government system with the best practices international jurisdictions can offer.
We have established working contacts among the Government bodies, non-governmental and private sector organizations, which include the State Great Hural (Parliament), the Government, the Ministry of Justice and Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Trade and Industry, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Nature, Environment and Tourism, the Bank of Mongolia, the Financial of Regulatory Committee,
the State Property
Committee, the Capital City of Ulaanbaatar and rural province Governments and other agencies, industry associations, non-government organizations, private sector entities and academic institutions.
