LEGER Holidays says sales of its “See it Live”
experience tours have
increased by 39% this year. The tours give holidaymakers the
chance to experience a live event whilst also seeing some of the local area. Proving popular are weekends to European Formula 1 Grand Prix, up by 44%, and a Tour de France break, with sales up 74%. Bookings for The Prix de L’Arc de Triomphe tour, which combines a visit to Paris with the Longchamp Racecourse in October, has attracted 43% more bookings. There are also breaks for the Chelsea
Flower Show and jazz weekends in various European cities. Prices start at £249pp for a four-day tour.
