“Sean Barber and I married in May at Sandals Grande Antigua Resort & Spa. We were keen to have a secluded and intimate beach wedding and wanted a venue that was exclusive to adults. We chose a beach setting at Sandals Grande Antigua for the wedding ceremony, with the Chic and Natural wedding theme, as it used a colour palette which would also work well for our blessing back in the UK. The Sandals wedding team was brilliant and the photographer was fabulous. “A tip for anyone getting married is to ensure you get all of your paperwork sorted in good time, to avoid any last- minute panics. Choose a beach- style wedding dress so you don’t get too hot, and consider your footwear – I took my shoes off to walk down the ‘aisle’ so not to sink into the sand!”
