London’s The Ritz Club moves to 24- hour opening
he Ritz Club one of the world’s most beautiful and exclusive privately
owned casino clubs, is now open 24 hours a day. Quintessentially British, the Club is located right in the heart of London's Mayfair and appeals to the true connoisseur of luxury and elegance. Whether for business or pleasure, members can relax in private settings where a warm welcome awaits – not to mention a superb kitchen. Roger Marris, Chief Executive of The Ritz Club said, “Recognising that many of our members are world travellers and are not confined by time zones, we wanted the operation at the Club to reflect their busy lifestyles. We are constantly looking for ways in which we can enhance the customer experience in terms of service, quality, use of multi channel technology platforms and marketing initiatives that really make
the customer experience very special. We are entering a new phase of growth and development at the casino and we believe that our strategy to have the operation open 24/7 will proactively encourage more people to enjoy our excellent gaming facilities,” he added. This is the latest in a line of initiatives
to encourage new players into The Ritz Club; other successes include jazz nights and increased poker activity.
