Advertorial

It’s been a tough few

years in this particular market place and being directly involved

and working with some of the largest Shopfitting Companies in the UK, building

long lasting relationships has been key. We like to

be the eyes and ears for our clients, letting them know who’s doing well, achieving results together with sharing general market knowledge. For one particular client we have helped to develop their business from £10m to £20m by introducing key members of staff to them who have contributed to this growth.

We have been established for over 15

years. I started the business in a spare bedroom after originally

working in the Point of Sale industry and as a Coachbuilder. I was on the tools for a

few years, so joinery, metal and other substrates is my bag; luxury coach fit out is very similar to a store fit

out. I have a passion for this industry and feel that this passion has helped to set us apart in the past few years while the market has been tough. Having noticed a difference in the past year, with 80% of our Clients winning new contracts and supplying to blue chip names, we feel 2013 will be a better year for all our clients.

We, as a business, would like to say what makes us different to

other recruiters is the fact that we do genuinely want to help our clients grow and help them to find the key members of staff in order to do so.

This year we launched Straco

temping, where we will oversee the payroll of staff

and take the headache out of recruiting temporary staff. The retail

business is very hands on, and Clients need to know they can turn to a partner to get the right person at the right time that has an indepth understanding of this market, as Straco have.

I’m very proud of Straco

and what myself and the team have achieved in the last 15 years

and I’m confident that now that the market is picking up, together with the expansion plans we have, we will continue to grow and continue our success.
