Cut assembly time down to size
Aerco now supplies the Harwin EZ–BoardWare range of products designed to reduce cost by simplifying electronics assembly. Available in tape and reel for automated surfacemount placement, EZ–BoardWare products can also increase design flexibility and, in some cases, eliminate processes altogether.
A range of products are on offer including EZ–Shield Clips for
securing RFI shield cans to the PCB. This avoids secondary soldering and facilitates rework andmaintenance by eliminating through–hole processes. Also available are RFI EZ–Shield Fingers for automated placement. These are used as grounding or shielding contacts with both wiping and sliding action.
Other Products include EZ–Links SMT jumper links. These link
between tracks and bridge over other tracks to simplify board layout and eliminate through-holes.
EZ–Test Points can be soldered to a PCB at the same time as
other components. SMT EZ–Cable Clips replacemanually assembled plastic cable clips and completing the range, EZ–Fuse Clips helpmake an easy connection between the fuse and SMT circuit board.
