Marketing
To launch you business we will send out 100,000 leaflets and provide you with 20,000
leaflets for local use. Spending £7,500 of the franchise fee to get your business established
immediately.
Area Size
80,000 TARGET HOUSEHOLDS, these are determined based on demographics and are
taken from a total area of perhaps 200,000 households, representing a bigger area than our
competitors are offering.
Monthly Franchise Fee
Only 7% + 2 % central marketing contribution.
Training
14 Days comprehensive training carried out by people who really know and are involved in
Lawn Care on a daily basis.
Support
1 day per month will ensure that we are along side you to help you through all the initial
issues that arise.
Product
Own Brand product range offering the BEST products genuinely at the best price.

Not only is our service to our Lawn Care customers better but our service to our
franchisees is also the best in the sector.
