Head gear for the fast guys Designed for Track Day or Street riders aboard a BMW S 1000 R or RR who assume a more aggressive tuck position while riding, the Icon AFP Carbon Halo helmet goes beyond simple protection, offering both light weight and great looks.
Built using a handmade 4Tress carbon fiber shell and hand-applied graphics, the helmet was designed to decrease drag and weight by sculpting the traditional neckline to avoid jacket or suit interference. The aggressive geometry increases line of sight and improves aerodynam- ics while in a full-tucked riding posture. The helmet also features a five-piece, moisture-wicking modular liner and meets both DOT and ECE 22-05 standards. The Icon Airframe Pro Halo Carbon Helmet is available in
sizes 2xs through 3xl and carries an MSRP of $600. Visit
rideicon.com for more information.
