Tired of tripping over and snagging traditional lanyards? These lanyards can be stretched and adjusted so they stay taut and close to the body at all times, reducing trip fall hazards, snagging on equipment and dragging. Adjusting your lanyard to as short a length as possible will limit fall-arresting forces. All meet applicable OSHA and ANSI standards.
• Shockwave Shock-Absorbing Lanyards feature an internal elastic band that automatically extends to 6' and contracts down to approximately 41
⁄2'. Web Loop Lanyard features a sewn web loop D-ring for reduced weight and reduced electrical conductivity.
• EZ Stop II Retrax Shock-Absorbing Lanyard adjusts automatically to fit the working area. Unit retracts and expands smoothly and consistently from 21
⁄2 50596 ' – 6'. The retraction keeps the lanyard taut and
close to the body at all times, reducing trip fall hazards, snagging on equipment and dragging. Unit consists of a two snap hooks, shock type pack, tough polyester webbing and a polycarbonate thermo- plastic retractor case. When subjected to fall arrest forces, a unique tearing action limits the maximum arresting force to 900 lbs.

This fall protection system allows for 100% tie-off while moving from one location to another. The dual personal fall limiters swivel independently to provides increased worker mobility and prevent the webbing from twisting and binding in the unit. This system is a better alternative to double-leg lanyards when working in areas with low fall clearance. Unit is constructed of corrosion-resistant aluminum connector teamed with high-impact nylon. It connects to the harness webbing below the D-ring, freeing the D-ring for rescue and connection to an over- head SRL. Webbing retainer clip rotates freely to prevent unintentional opening of carabiner gate during a fall. Clip also accommodates thicker webbing designs for more versatility and easier insertion of the webbing. Meets applicable OSHA and ANSI standards.
