HRC 2 Shirts CLOTHING Tecasafe® Flame-Resistant Shirts
This clothing is designed for continuous wear in designated locations where intermittent exposure to molten substance splash, radiant heat and flame is possible. The key attribute of this clothing is that it self-extinguishes, which can significantly reduce burn injury and gives the wearer valuable escape time. This increases the chances of survival if caught in an electric arc, flash fire or other thermal hazard. All these shirts have an arc rating of 8.2 cal/cm2
. Meets NFPA 70E Hazard Risk Category 2 and is UL Classified to NFPA 2112.
• 6.7 Oz. Tecasafe T-Shirt has raglan-style long sleeves and double-stitched flat seams for comfort, a ribbed crew neck collar and cuffs, and side gusset insets for added mobility.
• 6.7 Oz. Tecasafe Henley has raglan-style long sleeves and double-stitched flat seams for comfort, a ribbed collar and cuffs, and a 3-button front.
• 6.7 Oz. Tecasafe Polo features welt pockets on both shoulders for a microphone and a dual pen pocket on the left sleeve. The 3-button front includes a microphone loop at the bottom. The long sleeves include a fully finished ribbed cuff.
