Heat Reflective Aluminized Clothing
Aluminized clothing provides protection against radiant heat, sparks and molten metal mesh. Ideal for use in foundries, steel mills, casting shops, heat treating operations and welding shops. All clothing reflects 95% of radiant heat up to 2000°F.
Aluminized Rayon is a 15-ounce fabric that provides good protection from radiant heat, as well as moderate protection from sparks and light molten splash.
Aluminized Kevlar® /aramid fiber
blend is a heavy-duty 19-ounce fabric that provides good protec- tion from radiant heat, as well as good protection from sparks and molten splash. This fabric offers great durability and protection, plus Kevlar adds excellent abrasion and cut resistance. • Jacket measures 30"L will provide coverage down to your hips
• Pants cover your front, side and back from your waist to your ankles
• Hood comes with a ratchet headgear and has a swing-open faceshield with a replaceable gold film and Lexan®
window
• Coat measures 50"L and will provide coverage down to your knees
• Leggings are ideal for use with the 50"L Coat • Apron is a lighter weight option for protection from radiant heat
• Aluminized Gloves are constructed of a 19-ounce Kevlar/aramid fiber blend. Gloves resist some sparks, molten splash and abrasion and protect from radiant heat up to 2,000°F
• Combo Gloves feature a 19-ounce Kevlar/aramid fiber blend on the back for radiant protection up to 2,000°F and a 22-ounce Kevlar/aramid blend palm for a working temperature of 400-600°F
