Construction of these harnesses is based on a single piece of material in the shape of an “X” that wraps around the wearer for the ultimate in comfort, security and no-tangle donning. Meets applicable OSHA and ANSI standards.
• ExoFit Tower Climbing Harness is ideal for tower climbing because it offers the added features of a chest D-ring, a belt with side D-rings and a seat sling with D-rings. Simply put the ExoFit on, adjust the straps and the harness remembers the adjustment. The cushioned shoulder pads are built-in, so they won’t slip or slide and the cushioned leg, hip and seat straps provide additional security during a fall. Breathable Dri-lex® lining draws moisture away to keep you dry and comfortable.
• ExoFit NEX Wind Energy Climbing Harness was developed specifically for the needs of the global wind energy market. A radio holster conveniently holds and protects a radio, cell phone or other device. Vertical torso adjusters eliminate loose ends and lock into place, preventing slippage. Integrated trauma straps provide an adjustable continuous loop for post fall, minimizing suspension trauma. The lightweight, moisture- wicking, breathable padding won’t move or slip. Aluminum D-rings offer a higher level of security and comfort.

• ExoFit NEX Arc Flash Vest-Type and Construction Harness are constructed of Nomex®
and Kevlar® to produce flame-
resistant and non-conductive properties, making them perfect for use in any industry where high-voltage electricity or hot- work such as welding is a concern. Leather insulators behind exposed hardware prevent contact with the body during “hot” situations. The vertical torso adjusters easily adjust and lock into place to eliminate loose ends and prevent slippage. The lightweight shoulder and leg padding keeps the wearer comfortable. The non-conductive back D-ring is spring loaded for fast, easy connections. A built-in carrying pocket is ideal for a cell phone, camera or other small items. Construction Harness also features a belt and sewn-in hip pads. All meet ASTM F887-05.
