In addition to Learn to Skate USA’s SkateFest, U.S. Figure Skating sponsored Skate in the Park with Team USA, Sat- urday, Jan. 7, at the Acacia Park in downtown Colorado Springs. Participants received free admission, free skate use and the chance to get skating tips, take photos and get auto- graphs from members of Team USA who train in Olympic City USA, including 2014 Olympic Team bronze med- alist Jason Brown and 2015 U.S. pairs champions Alexa Scimeca Knierim and Chris Knierim. Other members of Team USA on hand were Camden Pulkinen, Tessa Hong, Lindsay Weinstein and Jacob Simon, Joseph Johnson and Jordan Moeller.

2014 U.S. junior silver medalist Jordan Moeller signs an autograph by the boards. Moeller was one of
nine members of Team USA who shared the ice with approximately 150 local participants.
Skaters were all smiles at Skate in the Park with Team USA, sharing the ice with some of the nation’s best in downtown Colorado Springs.
Camden Pulkinen, who made his Junior Grand Prix Series debut earlier this season, joins ice dancer Joe Johnson to chat with an excited participant.
