Casting Supplier: O’Fallon Casting LLC, O’Fallon, Missouri. Dimensions: 12 x 8 x 8 in. (30.48 x 20.32 x 20.32 cm)


• T e pump housing has an internal volute that was formed through the use of a soluble wax core, which presented a factor of diffi culty for the ceramic shell build and ceramic removal from the volute after the aluminum is cast.


• T e pump was manufactured to a Grade B metallurgical requirement. •


Cast for military aircraft, the pump housing is a lightweight one-piece structure that resulted in signifi cant reduction in part count.
