HygroMatik
Sanhua’s new product selection software, Quick Finder, offers suggestions for the selection of refrigeration and air-conditioning components based on the user’s requirements or on the standard operating conditions in common refrigeration and air conditioning systems. To do this the customer inserts specific criteria, such as cooling capacity, refrigerant, evaporation and condensation temperature, and other relevant variables in common refrigeration systems. Quick Finder covers a wide range of the refrigerants such as R290, R744 R448, R449, and many more. Quick Finder calculates based on input data and suggests the
right product for the end-user. It also shows a refrigeration diagram as well as product information about the suggested products.

DDS from HygroMatik is an energy efficient air humidification option for industrial settings. DDS can be connected to pressurised steam networks to allow the steam to be used for humidification.
By using pre-existing networks,
DDS helps humidify the air using existing steam, minimising energy consumption.
DDS comes in two versions. Usually DDS variant C will meet the requirements for integration into an overall system. If you require stringent hygiene regulations then pure steam is necessary, delivered by DDS variant A.
The HygroMatik pressure steam system DDS is equipped with steam lance heating piping which keeps condensate to a minimum. The steam lances and strainers are made from high-quality stainless steel and the strainer is easily replaceable.
The DDS is designed for simple installation in any existing pressurised steam network. Its internal heating system and 90 degree angled mounting option means space can be saved for other things. The DDS has a bus-capable actuator and comes with a HygroMatik control valve which gives the user control over steam levels.
