Hubbard’s Scotsman SIS ice storage and transport system combines a storage bin, mounted on legs, and a shuttle cart, which sits below the bin and is used to move the ice to wherever it’s required. The SIS system is designed to
accommodate a wide choice of Scotsman modular icemakers, which will be sited on top of the bin. The first SIS unit to be launched is the SIS 300.
The SIS 300 bin is constructed from stainless steel, with a hygienic, easy to clean polyethylene interior. Ice from the machine drops into the bin, where it is held until required. The shuttle cart is filled through a sliding guillotine door, which is easy to open and close. The system’s base has a built in drain for the bin and the cart.
The SIS shuttle cart is made of polypropylene and can hold up to 73kg of ice. The SIS 300 is compatible with Scotsman modular ice machines which make a variety of different cubes. They include the N0 622, which makes up to 292kg of nugget ice per day; and the MF 46, which produces flake ice and has a capacity of 330kg per day.

The High Flow Diffusers from Waterloo Air Products have been created so that architects can incorporate a shadow gap feature and hide air terminal devices from view. This follows trends in architecture to create vents, grilles and diffusers that make it easier for architects to complement their designs. The diffusers are available in a single slot with three different sized slots to choose from as standard. As with all Waterloo Linear Grilles and Diffusers, High Flow can
utilise multiple sections for continuous linear run. For further design flexibility, the range includes a plasterline version, for invisible borders. There are two variants available for both ceiling and wall mounting.
The High Flow Coanda (HFC) creates a horizontal throw through the Coanda effect, and is perfect for ceiling installations. Whereas the High Flow Directional (HFD) for horizontal projection of air is designed for wall mounting or can provide a Coanda throw if positioned close to a horizontal surface. The High Flow is designed to handle a variety of air capacities, from small to large volumes of air, and is available in any RAL colour with black internals.

Stulz’s CyberAir 3PRO DX series builds on the success of the CyberAir 3 DX. Offering Energy Efficiency Ratios (EER) and Airflow Efficiency Ratios (AER), this enhanced range ensures reliability for applications, as well as achieving savings in energy and costs.
The GES hybrid systems provide energy savings and are available with outputs in excess of 100kW. These new developments offer all output levels and the provision of cooling systems with tandem compressors. The range also includes units with integrated fans, available with standard ASD and ASU air conduction.
The key benefits of the CyberAir 3PRO DX series include: higher cooling capacities with a minimum footprint, lower refrigerant requirements, and high sensitive cooling capacity (SHR). The size, cooling capacity, air conduction and control system can be tailored to meet the precise requirements of facilities. The supply air temperatures are fully ASHRAE-compliant.
The CyberAir 3PRO DX range currently provides five different cooling options. Each design is optimised to help achieve the highest levels of IT uptime in all environments, through cost-effective thermal control.
