Stulz has introduced the CyberHandler 2 series of air conditioning unit, available in eleven sizes from 30kW to 520kW. It combines free cooling, adiabatic cooling and mechanical chilling in one
sealed outdoor container. The choice of chilling methods includes chilled water coils, scroll compressors or a redundant DX system with external condenser.
One of the key new features of this series is the optimized dual brazed plate heat exchanger. This improves the mean effi ciency of the overall system, enabling a larger distance between fl aps which reduces air-side pressure drops, and slashes the average energy consumption of the fan units. Another new feature is the design of the brazed plate heat exchanger module and the fl oor pan of the fi ltering section. With the CyberHandler 2 Select, planners and refrigeration specialists can now obtain powerful confi guration software for STULZ’s new series of air handling units. This software helps with project planning and the selection of AHU systems, and facilitates tender preparation.

Samsung
Samsung has transformed its Commercial Split System line up, replacing all previous models in the range. The new product line-up incorporates the Samsung DVM (VRF) communication protocol, enabling full integration with VRF controls and accessories without the need for additional interfaces, to simplify commissioning and improve the end user experience.
The Commercial Split System off ering comprises 23 units, including 10 styles of indoor models and 13 outdoor units with capacities from 2.5kW to 25kW. The new units off er 47 diff erent system combinations to suit a variety of applications, and the enhanced SEER and SCOP effi ciencies ensure the range is as energy effi cient as possible. In addition, the indoor and outdoor units are fully compatible with each other, allowing for a comprehensive line up of twin, triple and quad Split Systems from 7kW to 25kW.
The 20kW and 25kW outdoor units have a side blow design, allowing them to fi t into restricted plant spaces, and the 10kW and 12kW outdoor units are now available in a single fan confi guration.

Williams
Williams has expanded its ‘Small Kitchen’ range of slim-line refrigeration cabinets with the Jade J300 With a footprint of just 595mm x 684mm, it is the company’s slimmest ever upright cabinet.
The J300 features all the characteristics that chefs love about Williams’ Jade cabinets: a tough construction, with stainless steel exterior and
interior base; 80mm thick, high performance insulation (with low GWP and zero ODP); an enhanced internal airfl ow design that provides constant temperature throughout the cabinet; and the energy-saving CoolSmart electronic controller.
Despite its ultra-slim footprint, the J300 has a storage capacity of just over 335l. Its bottom-mounted refrigeration makes it ideal for kitchens with low ceilings; there is plenty of room for heat to dissipate, and it enables easy access for servicing and maintenance. The J300 joins the recently launched J400 and J500 models. Collectively, they all off er the option of compact refrigeration which will help operators and kitchen designers maximise the space available. The J300 is available in both chilled (1 to 4°C) and freezer (-18 to -21°C) versions.

Mitsubish Electric
Mitsubishi Electric has released a new brochure for the Mr Slim R32 Power Inverter range, which off ers better effi ciency and added features at the same price as the existing R410A Mr Slim Power Inverter line up.
The range includes 10 outdoor units off ering single-phase and three-phase options, with capacity from 3.5 to 14kW. 25 individual indoor units are available as ceiling cassettes, ceiling concealed ducted, wall-mounted and ceiling suspended models. The range off ers leading Seasonal Energy Effi ciency Ratings and longer pipe runs with 100m available on the 10kW, 12.5kW and 14kW models. The extended pipe runs include a 30m lift that is unique in the UK. The longer pipe runs are designed to make Mr Slim R32 even more fl exible.
The brochure also highlights the unique features of the new R32 systems, including a 3D i-See Sensor with a 360º motion detector, and an easy to lower grille which aids maintenance. The units provide powerful heating, even on bitterly cold days.
