HVAC & REFRIGERATION SHOW PREVIEW
“In business, if you want to succeed at anything you have to have strong foundations and the key to maintaining your success is maintaining those foundations,” said First Choice Group’s refrigeration development manager, Steve James.
“For First Choice Group, and particularly First Choice Refrigeration, that means our customers and suppliers. Our biggest strength is our working partnerships with some of the industry’s leading manufacturers. So the agreement with Adande was not only a boost for our portfolio but it gave First Choice a new incentive to get even better.
“Supplying genuine OEM parts in a way that saves our customers time and money is what makes the diff erence to our customers. Whatever a customer needs and whenever they need it, we can answer the call, whether it comes directly from the stock in our warehouse or not. I think that was one of the key benefi ts that fi rst attracted Adande to the prospect of working with us.
“It is always important to everyone at First Choice Group that we stay connected with our customers and manufacturers, and everyone who operates in and is involved with our business community and our markets. Adande recognised the value of this commitment and how it could work for them.” The distribution partnership confi rms market leader status for both companies. It also strengthens First Choice ties with OEMs and the chance to establish new working relationships with key accounts across the UK.
In recent months we have, on behalf of Adande, spent time working closely with customers and partners operating within the refrigeration sector to promote the appeal of Adande’s portfolio of products to potential new customers – for both of us.
First Choice already supplies spare parts for refrigeration equipment from all the major manufacturers from Europe and North America. As well as supplying spare parts and technical information for many of the leading brands, First Choice Refrigeration also stocks universal and ancillary items from major brands; tools from Mastercool, Testo and Draper; plus cleaning fl uids, consumables and leak detector sprays. Our expert, trained team provides technical help with capillary sizing and can also off er assistance with controller parameters and settings. That is where the agreement with Adande really excels, as customers who come to First Choice to buy their spare parts from the Suff olk-based innovator are not only guaranteed outstanding customer support, but they will also get fi rst class knowledge and expertise of all Adande products and service options. Managing director of First Choice Group, John Whitehouse, said the deal with Adande rubber stamps the industry reputation for both organisations. “The distribution partnership confi rms market leader status for both ourselves and Adande,” he said.
“It has succeeded in further strengthening our ties with OEMs, giving us the chance to establish new working relationships with key accounts across the UK to attract new customers to the First Choice door.
“Adande is known and respected across the industry for its prestigious energy saving drawer system and has earned a deserved reputation for innovation and excellence.
“By teaming with Adande, First Choice has access to a portfolio of products which use groundbreaking technology and will get these parts to site quicker, in order to speed up any repairs and reduce down time, improving the customer experience.”
First Choice Group was founded with the passion to be the best it can be, incorporating a united team ethic so that everyone is committed to providing the same exceptional standards of service.
Customer service is the backbone of the commercial catering industry and this is an area in which First Choice remains committed to excelling. The relationship with Adande is more than a simple partnership agreement; it is sharing best practice to evolve the highest standards of supply and distribution to even higher levels. This story has just begun.
