he Partner with Confi dence initiative demonstrates how Daikin is leading the industry fi rmly in the right direction to create a circular economy. Design with confi dence gives installers and customers assurance that they can design using VRV IV+ heat recovery with Certifi ed Reclaimed Refrigerant Allocation, to reduce the environmental impact of air conditioning systems, while benefi ting from a 15% increase in seasonal effi ciency in cooling (compared with VRV IV) so their system already far exceeds the new ENER LOT21 Tier 2 due to come into force in 2021. Commission with confi dence brings stability and confi dence to the market, which has experienced turbulence since the quota reductions in 2018 set by the European F-Gas Regulations. It off ers a fi xed fee and guaranteed supply of R410A refrigerant trim charge, which is Certifi ed Reclaimed Refrigerant, and therefore has zero impact on the F-Gas quota. Recycle with confi dence helps installers save 70% of time on-site, as well as avoiding the need to hire cylinders, while the gas is recovered according to best practice so that it can be reclaimed to AHRI700 standard for future use, with zero impact on the refrigerant quota.
