Miniaturisation & Circuit Simplification with Semitec CRDs


When space is limited Semitec’s small CRDs can replace multiple components in space-critical applications,easing assembly whilst assuring protection, stability & higher current ratings, when driving LED circuits,waveforms generators & biasing amplifiers. Both higher voltages & higher current ratings can be achieved,by using them in series or parallel.


Semitec S-series CRDs offer constant current values from 0.1mA up to 18Ma, with the new 22Ma CRD S-223T being ideal for use with high luminance LEDs.


Semitec CRDs operate over a wide voltage range & can also be used as an excellent voltage reference in conjunction with a zener diode.
