With newly launched cruise ships featuring state-of-the-art technology, dining and entertainment, and with cruise guests having the choice of destinations from Alaska to Zambezi, the cruise industry is known for innovation onboard, ashore and in the ways that it works with travel agents and holidaymakers. The experts in this session will explore the strategies cruise lines have adopted in terms of product development and marketing and will look at what lessons can be shared with the rest of the travel industry. They will also look at what the future of the sector might look like given changes in demand for holidays in the UK and globally.
