Biography


Martin Dean is a UEFA A Licence Coach who has worked at Crystal Palace, Brentford, Chelsea and is currently the Under 16 coach at Reading FC.


He has a BSc. (Hons.) Sports Sciences, an MSc. Sport Sciences and is currently undertaking a PhD at Loughborough University on ‘The Development of Decision- Making & Tactical Expertise in Elite Youth Soccer’. Martin holds an Academy Managers Licence, the FA Psychology Level 5 Diploma and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education.
