Heatsavr Is Water Effi ciency Winner
Heatsavr was offi cially recognised for its water saving benefi ts at the UK Water Effi ciency Product Awards 2017.
The original liquid pool cover won the award in the Industrial & Business Use category for its water saving benefi ts in commercial swimming pools. Organised by Waterwise, the Water Effi ciency Product Awards recognise the achievements of designers, inventors and businesses who have worked hard to develop water effi ciency solutions. Heatsavr promotes water effi ciency as it slows evaporation from the surface of a swimming pool, resulting in less water top-up on the pool and subsequently less water heating. Heatsavr can be used on any size or shape of pool and can replace a manual pool cover or be used in conjunction with it. One of our commercial customers has recorded a saving of 1000 cubic metres of water per annum by using Heatsavr.
Chris Whincup, Head of Water Treatment, and Account Manager Stuart Melville accepted the award on behalf of Brenntag UK & Ireland at the presentation evening at the House of Lords on March 7th.
