you’re lucky enough to work in the Halton Hive, a lively co-working space in Burlington, Ontario, you also have full access to a lounge, kitchen, games area and—perhaps the most important part of all—a fitness facility.

comes to fitness and wellbeing. We un- derstand the challenges of achieving fitness goals with a busy schedule, so we haven’t stopped at simply providing convenience and accessibility—we’ve also added in intelligence: we offer on- line personal training software and a member-only website to help members stay motivated by tracking their work- outs, fitness plans and nutrition. The program talks you through the work- out and includes video demonstrations of each exercise. The software has
